Private Resort Rental Rates

Starting at $6,500 – $7,500 per night
(Based on group size, dates, and overall usage)

Includes up to 65 guests

Additional guests (up to 75 max):
$100 per person, per night - The Guide Service Guide Dock is not included or is any of their storage areas or boat barn.  The two smaller tiny homes belong to staff and are not included - the Store - Pro Shop may or may not be open - depends on the days. 

Property Use Guidelines

Open Water Lodge Resort is designed for private group stays and relaxed gatherings.

To preserve the atmosphere of the property, we do not host weddings, large public events, or high-capacity parties.

Private Resort Rentals are intended for overnight group stays and do not include event venue services.

All group activities must be approved in advance.
