Open Water Lodge & Cabins

Open Water Lodge is a direct extension of Lake Tawakoni Guide Service.  We are a full-service, full-spectrum overnight destination for fishermen and non-fishermen seeking to have direct access to Lake Tawakoni.  Those who want to relax and enjoy the lake such as swimming, boating, kayaking and just hanging out and reading a book these cabins are private and have everything you need to call it home.   

Our property offers a 2-lane boat ramp which allows private parties to launch their own boat and enjoy private access.  Each cabin is designed to accommodate boat parking w/ charging stations.  The luxury style cabins also boast all amenities from home including granite countertops, walk-in showers and over-sized flat screen TV's.  The cabins are situated so close to the waters edge, you can cast your line from your front porch!

Geared for both families and corporate groups, Open Water Lodge & Cabins has it all.  

The Lodge is designed for up to 10 guest.  It is full of amenities including a pool table, corn hole and large kitchen and large outdoor living space overlooking the lake.  These amenities are private to the Lodge and the private party who has rented it. 5 Person Adult Private HotTub, Outdoor Private Dining Tables with Ambient lighting.
